Global Goals Jam, Bengaluru: Design for our Non-Hooman Friends!

Hello Friends,

We are hosting the Global Goals Jam, 2030 which always takes place the weekend before the UN Climate Week. This time in Bangalore in an attempt to design A Safe Space for our Non-Human Friends ( Furry Folks, Birds, insects, flora and more)!!!

To solve the challenges or the wicked problems of today we need a global collaboration. That’s why we select global themes for you to translate to local context.

This year the theme is around SDG 16 – Peace, Justice, and Strong Institutions.

Compassion and a strong moral compass is essential to every democratic society. Yet, persecution, injustice and abuse still runs rampant and are tearing at the very fabric of civilization. In such instances, how might we ensure that we have strong institutions, global standards of justice, and a commitment to peace for our Non Human Friends?

We invite you to participate in this 3 days event to co create interventions that would impact their lives positively and take on short term goals which will have a long term impact.

Friday, 16th September, 2022 (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM IST)    

Saturday, 17th September, 2022 (9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST)  

Sunday, 18th September, 2022 (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM IST)

P.S. : It’s a Free Event please expect only basic refreshment! 

Go to the in – campus canteen (like good ol’ times) or reach for modernity through Swiggy / Dunzo/ Zomato if belly is crying for calories!
